What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 2 to 3 business days to process your order, then 4 to 5 to deliver it to you.

Do you provide product traceability information?

Yes, once your order arrives in the destination country ( 5 business days after ordering ), you will automatically receive an email from the local shipping company with the tracking of your package. And this is most often done 2 days before the day of delivery.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

We deliver to EUROPE If you live outside the EU, please contact our representatives.

Where do we ship your product from?

Our international warehouse is located in Italy.

Some items are missing from my order, what happens?

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to our customer service team on +39 3519450745 or by email to Info@olfaparfum.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible.

I haven't received my order yet. Why is it taking so long?

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their items online. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can of course process the payment, provided the appeal is made within 7 days of receiving the parcel and the affected products are not sold.
